Anyone with Conservice managed utilities getting bogus charges?

They started charging me for gas when it doesn’t exist as a utility in my building. When this 3rd party service took over utility management from my apartment, the first 16 months they did not bill me for gas, because…there is no gas in my apartment building Landlord hasn’t responded, but what can you expect from Gates Hudson and I have had no luck getting through to Conservice. UPDATE: finally got my April’s rent back after two months from Dobrin

I been thru some of the bad ones with personal hell stories. As well as close friends on the others. Including direct (former) employees of some of these slumlord companies to verify how bad they really are. Honestly the best I’ve found is gates Hudson in the area and legend group. They have been very good. I’m sure it depends on the property but with all the horrible PM companies out there it’s worth mentioning good ones. Albeit only 2 of them.

Property management companies representing owners can vary greatly depending on property, which you have listed in the post well. My tied for best experience; thalhimers at overlook. However My worst experience; thalhimers at Terraces. My best experience overall is Gates Hudson First National. I literally want to never move from here it’s so good.
