potentially lost black cat with collar walking outside near penny apts on marshall

i saw a black cat with a collar walking in a yard near the penny apartments on marshall, posting as i wonder if it’s lost? i almost never see outdoor cats here in richmond, but i guess it could have been one! regardless, having a black cat outside during the month of october can be dangerous to them and just isn’t a good idea i did not get a photo unfortunately but just wanted to post

Richmond Rental Company Experiences 2026

… hill) and i love it! i think its mostly bc my maintenance experience was so bad that the fact that anyone comes out is a blessing to me! my friend lives @ the penny in jackson ward and likes it if you're looking for more of an apartment

A new apartment going up in Manchester is going to block Legend Brewing’s patio view :/

I would bet a lot of Richmond isn't full either. Developments like The Penny and so forth. In DC big management companies started offering short term rentals, a week, a month, and limited the year leases. This reduced the number of apartmets available and increased prices. I wonder how much of this is going on here, especially with transient students whose parents will pay.

So much so that the owner of that property is building a [12 (yes, TWELVE) story apartment in Jackson Ward with over 250+ luxury units.](https://richmondbizsense.com/2021/03/16/12-story-apartment

Apartment Tips

If you don't mind sharing, what is your current place like, why are you not renewing? In regards to looking for a place, timing will depend on what you are looking for. The apartment building styles (The Penny and The Circ are two brand new buildings) will give you tours now and will most likely let you know about availability come June, allowing you to sign a lease fairly early. Duplex style apartments in the fan do not typically start advertising until the spring for summer openings so if you
