District Square apartments

If you’re referring to the district square apartments on Marshall st. I’ve seen and heard very bad things about the building but I’ve never lived there. The area however does host quite a few events such as first Fridays where that intersection is closed off, and it can get pretty loud. There’s an app called insider rva created by Matt and it may show info on the building. It also includes other Rva apartments with reviews from the public.

Studio Loft for Rent: District Square in Jackson Ward

Hi all, I'm still subleasing my studio loft in Jackson Ward. It's 899/month and you only pay electric. Parking is on street. The loft offers Central ac and heat, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. The loft is available immediately and the lease expires July 31st 2020. It is pet friendly with breed restrictions.
