The Mezzo Lofts at City Center

Maybe check the mezzo lofts(?), their rent seems pretty low for the complex and sqft. Not sure what’s currently available now as i looked back in April

Hey y'all. Looking to move to a new place in RVA soon and there's a particularly spacious unit (27-5B) that's coming open on October 24th. As it appears is standard with management companies these days, when I asked if they had a floor plan or any pics of the unit, the answer was "no" and there's no way to know its layout till the current tenant moves out. So was just curious if anybody has lived in that unit and if they happen to know what it looks like and/or can tell me if the building is

Had a rat problem in my first apartment, they moved me into a different building that is right next to a club that plays music so loud the whole thing vibrates. About to check the lease, but does anyone know if that's grounds to break one?
