DO NOT RENT FRON MONROE PROPERTIES

Stay away from Towers on Franklin and Landmark Properties too. Some of those buildings should be condemned, but the former is a roach hotel they pull a bait and switch with tours. I have regretted dealing with most of the landlords I've been with in this city.

Sometimes You Just Can't Wait!

I got hit on December 4th on Franklin in front of The Towers On Franklin. The driver crossed the bike lane while I was heading east, and said they didn't see me. I got hit by the mirror, but luckily I got it on camera. I now have a ripped tendon or something in my thumb that now requires surgery, so I'll be in a cast for a month, and off the bike again for a while. Hopefully the camera and them getting a ticket will help me with compensation for the time and money I've had to put into getting
