Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are moving and we are subleasing a one-bedroom apartment at The Berkshire available for move-in on the 1st of July. Rent is $1034/mo which includes all utilities (sewer, trash, water, electricity, and gas). Internet is an additional cost (you’ll have your choice between a local service or Comcast). Garage parking is optional and is $75/mo. If you take our spot, it’s located right next to the door which has been an added convenience! The unit is on the tenth floor

Two bedroom at The Berkshire

My roommates and I are moving out and are looking for people to fill our lease! It’s a two bedroom with a huge living room on franklin street. Rent is 1569. The apartment has underground parking and is two blocks from Monroe park and the Jefferson it’s also right next to where first Friday starts. PM me with any questions or if you’d like pictures.
