Mall converted apartment complex or similar? "The Rise At Regency" or "The Current"

I live in Manchester and *want* to love it, but enjoying this side of town is largely dependent on where you live within the confines of "Manchester". Living at City View or The Current is going to make walking over to grab a slice of pizza or grab a bottle of liquor....or hitting up Benchtop or The Continental a lot easier than say, living at Hopper or The Hudson . Also, the lack of a a grocery store, gas station, pharmacy and dry cleaner really drags down the quality of life here.

Mall converted apartment complex or similar? "The Rise At Regency" or "The Current"

I lived in The Current for a year immediately after it opened while the food hall was still there and lively. I never had issues with noise there but management was always slow to respond to issues (I was missing half my ceiling for 3 months after a leak) I love Manchester, lived here for 4 years, even though the food hall is closed and legend brewing is slowly dying it’s still a greatly expanding area with tons to see and do.

Mall converted apartment complex or similar? "The Rise At Regency" or "The Current"

I'm looking for apartments that are built into a mall or something similar, a couple good examples would be "The Rise At Regency" that's essentially a converted mall in Henrico or "The Current" in Manchester that's built above the food hall in a neighborhood with alot of fun things to do (I've previously rented at "Link Apartment" in Manchester and absolutely loved the neighborhood). Are there any other suggestions? Any residents of "The Rise At Regency" or "The Current" have anything good/bad
