The Hues at City View is a new 211-unit apartment building at 301 Hull Street in Richmond's Manchester neighborhood, across the James River from downtown, which held its grand opening on September 10, 2026. It has studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, 460 to 1,265 square feet across 15 floor plans, with in-unit laundry, quartz counters, herringbone-style flooring, keyless entry and gigabit internet, and some homes have balconies. Shared spaces include a heated saltwater pool, a rooftop terrace with fire pits, grills, a pizza oven and skyline views, a fitness center, co-working and Zoom rooms, an entertainment kitchen, and a garage with EV charging. Thalhimer manages the property, which is still leasing up.
