Any place that doesn’t have horrible reviews?

I found City View Lofts in Manchester a really pleasant place to live. Management was really nice. Free parking. Maintenance was pretty fast. At one point there was a big staffing change and we lost a lot of the maintenance guys, but they did communicate that. Easy access to the James River Trails. I think they would be in your budget too. But make sure you tour the unit. Some of them only have natural light coming from like an atrium which I could never do.

What’s it like living in this area?

Wouldn’t advise it. Lived there for two years. Started very nice but overtime became a nightmare to park. And someone was shot in the breeze way between city view lofts - it was terrifying. You can get shot anywhere, but there are gates they could Lock, they just don’t. River view always has issues with its pool

Apartments you actually enjoyed living in?

We were super happy with City View Lofts in Manchester. The apartments were a great size/price. Maintenance was always done quickly for us. Free lot parking. It was also so nice to hang out at the pool and the community was great. Made some really good friends there. I don’t know what it would be like to have an inside unit. But the ones that had a private entrance in the courtyard were sweet. And as much as people love to hate on Manchester I loved being able to walk the flood wall and get to t
