Manchester apartments that don’t suck?

Lived at Rivers Edge for 16 months. Think it’s under different management now but we loved the apartment, and tolerated the (then) management.

oh heyyy, i also lived at rivers edge and also moved out to the near west end. management was so fucking awful. i’ll never forget the glass balcony panel breaking after years of my wife thinking i was crazy for telling her not to lean on the glass.

Anyone have experience living at Hydro Apartments in Manchester?

Originally posted in r/RVA but didn't seem like people were pleased about my housing question lol... Moving to Richmond next month and am considering Hydro Apartments and Rivers Edge in Manchester. I've seen Rivers Edge in person but can't get a tour of Hydro for 2 weeks and they won't give me a virtual tour (besides the 3D tours on Apartments.com). I like the accents/design of Hydro a bit better and has a full fridge and full washer/dryer in-unit. It's also the cheapest I've found in my budge
