Looking for low lncome housing

Check portrva, old Manchester has a bunch of complexes. Hatcher, i think hopper, plant zero, there’s a bunch of places. Though if you’re very low income there’s only like one place, i forget the name. Port rva told me about thats actually income based at 30%. But all the other low income housing has a minimum too you have to make enough but not above the amount. So check the charts online first because if you make an appointment they won’t actually even show it to you if you don’t fit in between

Housing for One under 1000

Apparently they suck but KRS holdings usually has rentals for under $1000. Also I think studios at PortRVA are around $1150ish and include internet, water, and trash
