Has anyone lived in the Port RVA apartments? There’s minimal reviews on google. What’s it really like there?
Looking for low lncome housing
Check portrva, old Manchester has a bunch of complexes. Hatcher, i think hopper, plant zero, there’s a bunch of places. Though if you’re very low income there’s only like one place, i forget the name. Port rva told me about thats actually income based at 30%. But all the other low income housing has a minimum too you have to make enough but not above the amount. So check the charts online first because if you make an appointment they won’t actually even show it to you if you don’t fit in between

Constant Trespassing Loud and After-Hour Pool Parties at Miller Lofts
A major factor in moving out of Port RVA a block from there was because of that. People would break into our pool. Don’t miss it one bit.
