Thank you! Do you have any friends or heard anything about in the Icon, Scott’s View or The Box(not S.A but close to downtown)? They’re all in the affordable category for me.

I recently viewed a large studio and 1br at The Box on Decatur St. loved it but it was not a realistic commute. The person who helped me was super friendly and didn’t rush me at all. I have also always loved the 2000 Riverside Apts bldg - but that was a no. I arrived early to see the apt, the person was sitting right in front of me and kept me waiting at least 5 mins after my appt time. She rushed me, was rude..and really, that didn’t matter.
