No Family, No Co-Signer, and Denied for Apartments — Feeling Stuck

I was in this situation in college. My credit was poor, I was working full time, and on paper it looked like I had a ton of debt. I was able to get an apartment at the New Manchester Flats, who subsidize a portion of their apartments for "low income" and poor credit situations. I would check there. I know there are also other apartment complexes in the area that have the same set up.

Loft/Townhouse Style Apartment Recommendations?

Omg. I lived there when I was in elementary school 20+ years ago :) OP- when I was apartment hunting several years ago, I think I remember New Manchester Flats being loft style. Also it would help if you put the apartments you already looked into so no one recommends something you’ve already ruled out.
