Moving to RVA from VB in February

Stockton Lofts has exactly what you’re looking for. They allow dogs and in addition to having lofts, they each have a rooftop patio. I loved the complex but wasn’t a huge fan of living in that part of Manchester.

What’s it like living in this area?

I currently live to the east of Commerce. It’s… fine. I live in Stockton Lofts which has its own gated parking, which is huge. There are sidewalks on like half the streets, and most of them are covered in dog poop. People mostly keep to themselves. For reference: I’m a white female, I’m frequently out running, and I walk my dogs at all times of day. I’ve never felt unsafe.
