I've been living in South Bank since October 2022 and am finally leaving in a couple weeks. Their current management is horrendous and I've just been avoiding dealing with them unless absolutely necessary. I'm curious to hear what inspired you to make this post, however.

Moving out asap. Genuinely evil and despicable property management. They dont do their job and if you deign to stand up to them they will straight up steal your shit and charge you absurd prices, turn off your power. Evil evil people. Spread the word!

Apartment Advice

About to graduate and starting working in Richmond, specifically close to Capitol District, the Wells Fargo Buildings and such. Talked to some people who work close to there and the biggest recommendation was The Locks Apartments. Have also heard about First National, South Falls, Locks Tower, South Bank etc. Location and being close to the office is really important to me, as well as good amenities and property management. Will have a roomate so 2bedroom, and budget is probably around 1800-2000
