Try the mirage or hopper lofts both good looking apartments no bugs I’m trying to get one of those myself unfortunately my credit is holding me back I definitely have the income

Reviews about Hopper Lofts

I just had a self-guided tour at Hopper Lofts today and it seemed like a really neat place to live. I looked up reviews online and it said the building frequently changes management, and there were problems with pests and people leaving their trash everywhere. However, the most recent review I was able to find was from 2023 so I was wondering if anybody can give me an idea of what it's like to live there now.

Hopper Apartments

Does anyone have experience with Hopper lofts - 700 Everett St I was supposed to move in this weekend they emailed that the current tenant pushed their move out so they pushed me to next week. Reading reviews makes me a bit uneasy now after the fact - seemed like a good rate but have read about mold and bad WiFi - although some of these reviews seem dated and the rep I spoke with mentioned the WiFi had been approved. Please share advice if you can!

Really?? I figured they wouldn’t give me a chance. I always walked past Hopper Lofts on the way to the shops when I used to live at Textile Lofts (7 years ago) but the only reason I got approved is because my roommate had amazing credit. Doing it on my own idk if they’d accept me honestly
