Apartments you actually enjoyed living in?

Dodson has been pretty good in my experience. Not perfect but when things are broken they promptly get fixed. Not a terrible late fee for rent and they’re understanding so long as you communicate. For reference I lived in the Westover in forest hill. Whomever owns the summit was p good, too.

How safe is Scott’s Addition? + Parking situation for residents

When I met my beautiful wife she lived in the Summit solo and felt very safe. Normal Richmond homeless property crime. Lock your car. Get a steering wheel lock if you have a kia or hyundai.

Apartment Advice

I lived at The Summit a couple years ago and KNEW this post was about that building lol. Loved the apartment, the location, the building, hated hearing each and every step my upstairs neighbors took. I can only suggest what to stay away from: The Scout had similar issues (though not nearly as bad) and parking was a nightmare while I was there. I’ve heard Cookie Factory has paper-thin walls too.

Apartment Advice

Actually I live in the Summit. Great building and the location is awesome I just can't stand hearing literally everything my upstairs neighbor does, I can even hear their toilet flushing and water running. It's looking like I'll just have to find available units on top floors or something wherever I move next.
