Any recent feedback on The Icon (Main St Properties) or The Nest (Atrium Properties) in SA?

Tiers do exist but I don't think the difference between one of the more wealthy properties and The Icon is 4 Seasons to a backwater. It's not a bad place to live---can get a place with good amenities at solid prices and a good location, but that's just my opinion.

Any recent feedback on The Icon (Main St Properties) or The Nest (Atrium Properties) in SA?

I'd choose The Icon if I were you but to be honest most places in Scott's Addition, most of these complexes, the differences between them are often quite minimal in terms of amenities/etc. and it often comes down to personal vibe, location, and price. The Icon is a pretty solid complex though, I will say that, can get a little pricey at a 2 bedroom/2 bath but solid amenities and also very close to transit options. Welcome to Richmond!
