All Inclusive Apartments

Anything with Main Street Realty will be all inclusive. Don't go to Todd lofts I saw so many rats and roaches while working there. The cooperage was nice though.

A heads up to everyone first: DO NOT rent from any property owned by Main Street Realty. They will try to screw you as hard as they can! With that out of the way, I really need help. My lease ends in one month and I am moving out already. I'm fine with paying up through the end of my lease as the law requires, but they are trying to force me to pay for an additional two months at an arbitrarily higher "month to month" rate because they say they need 90 days' notice prior to moving out. Main street realty has treated us well for the last 10 years. All Inclusive is a def bonus, thin walls so be prepared to hear your neighbors.

Moving to RVA

Stay far away from St. John’s Woods. From first hand experience, the pricing is enticing but that’s for a reason. There’s crime everywhere but it’s like that place attracts it. I currently live in Main Street Realty property in Shockoe Bottom. I’ve been there 5 years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. A lot of Main Streets buildings are all utilities included. You may want to look into them. It’s a great perk. Just remember, price might seem higher but your utilities make it equal out to
