Apartment wanted anywhere in Richmond

I’m in the same boat. I was considering the Lofts at Canal walk or Tobacco Row Lofts. Being in my mid 40s I’m a bit concerned these are more for college students. I’m hoping I’m wrong.

I lived at The Lofts At Canal Walk for years and loved it, it was just under $1400/mo including pet rent with all utilities included for an almost 900 square foot 1br.
