What Richmond Apt has the V best pool in town?

The problem with the pool at the Canal Walk is that it’s on the ground floor in the court yard. So it only really gets sun in the morning, by the afternoon the whole courtyard is in the shade. I believe at the building across the street on 19th and E Cary, called the Overview has a pool with more sun.

The overview in shockoe bottom..how is it? Parking? The 14 month lease is long. Rent increases?

The Overview apartments are great, love the building and management. The neighborhood is not great. Very loud on the weekends after midnight (and train noise at all times), A LOT of poop and vomit on the sidewalks, high crime rates.

Hi! I saw a nice apartment in the overview apartments. However a 14-month lease is rather long. Also they claim everything is under one bill. Are there hidden charges that I should know about? How is the parking? I heard they are working on the car break-ins (extra security) which is good. Everything I need to know including rent increases please let me know.

All inclusive apartments?

I pay $1525 at the Icon in Scott’s Addition. All inclusive with brand new appliances, and amenities are great as well. I love it here! They are owned by Main Street Realty who have a few other all inclusive properties- Scott’s View, The Cooperage, Todd Lofts, Atrium Lofts, Lofts at Canal Walk, and The Overview. Good luck!

Overview Apartments?

I am not too familiar with “The Overview“. I moved to Richmond about 11 months ago. I have been living in the Atrium Lofts at Cold Storage in shockoe and I absolutely love it so far. Def check it out if you have not done so already.
