The absolute state of Eagle Alley

This is just baseline for shockoe. It’s unreal how the sidewalks are always covered in trash and dog shit. I don’t get where all the trash everywhere by atrium lofts/church hill tunnel shockoe entrance comes from. It’s like people just intentionally rip open entire bags of trash and dump them up there

18th and broad st

I lived right off 18th st in atrium lofts and had little issues. Just be sure to park your car in a lot when you’re able and don’t be out where you’re not supposed to be late at night and you’ll be fine. Lots of cool bars and restaurants out there too.

Anyone live at The Bakery Lofts off 17th St?

Unfortunately, I think you are going have a hard time finding a perfect, ideal place based on reviews. People with negative experiences tend to leave apartment reviews moreover than people with positive ones. The whole process is never easy. I actually live in atrium lofts at cold storage (main st realty complex). There's pros and cons living here, and some things have gotten worse over the years. But on the whole, definitely better place than my last complex (the terrace on n 20th st). Good luc

No Family, No Co-Signer, and Denied for Apartments — Feeling Stuck

I can confirm atrium lofts at cold storage does not have them anymore. They are literally jacking up the rent prices to $1350-$1800 per apartment and trying to get rid of the current residences there. I am one of them.
