I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the Raven Place Apt Building down in Shockoe Bottom. There isn't much info on their website and they seem reasonably priced in a good location. Any advice or experience would be helpful.

Moving to Shockoe Bottom (Crime/Safety)

We're looking to move into the Raven Place Lofts right at the intersection of E Broad and Oliver Hill Way (It's right by the Mcdonalds). Does anyone have any insight into whether it's a safe area, especially at night? Also, how's the parking around there, and are there a lot of car break-ins? Been hearing some mixed things. Any helpful info would be amazing!
