Anything with Main Street Realty will be all inclusive. Don't go to Todd lofts I saw so many rats and roaches while working there. The cooperage was nice though.

Looking for 2BR Apartment Recommendations in Richmond, VA

Main Street Realty includes utilities in all of their properties. They've been okay. I've lived at the Cooperage for four years and I'm moving because I want a dedicated outdoor space and a slightly larger apartment. But the utilities being included has been one of my favorite things about this company. Please be cognizant of the parking situation anywhere downtown and surrounding areas. The towing companies are predatory! So if you have a parking pass that needs to be displayed in your car, TA
