To blow your mind, the Westbrook at Brewers Row is considered Scott’s Addition. I think the Ace is very much Scott’s based on that.

For Richmond apartments, how much does you trust online reviews?

FWIW I know for a fact that staff and staff’s family/roommates leave reviews of The Westbrook at Brewer’s Row. Some of the staff also live there. Just one example; I overheard one of them at the pool complaining about living there and discussing how noise has become a legitimate issue from residents (much more than normal apartment living). Not long after, their partner left a glowing review of the place. These types of reviews tended to pop up shortly after they’d get a handful of negative revi

Hi! The Westbrook at brewers row has townhomes available! They’re slightly higher priced but you do have 24/7 maintenance services there, they usually call back within 15 minutes or so

Scotts Addition/Fan/Musuem Apartment Options

… please chime in if you have feedback) \#3. The Cooperage (I don't remember the price but cheap. We did not like the room/atrium setup or the location) \#4. The WestBrook (objectively the nicest place we looked at but bad location which drops it for us) Downtown we also looked at the cirque, the rooms were pretty mediocre especially the 1br which just seemed terrible. Did not seem worth it for the price I am curious if anyone has opinions on the above or recommendations for other places we
