All Inclusive Apartments

Anything with Main Street Realty will be all inclusive. Don't go to Todd lofts I saw so many rats and roaches while working there. The cooperage was nice though.

My apartment had roaches so I made a transparent apartments website for RVA

If it’s catching anything from this sub…. Todd lofts has thin walls, silverfish, our neighbors smoked regularly inside, and due to the buildings advanced age, the walls were warped to hell abd we could frequently see the neighbors lights through a crack in our fuckin bedroom between the drywall and brick.

Cookie Factory Lofts vs The Cooperage

… had any problems since. Just be aware that the maintenance team is small—there’s mainly one technician who covers this and a few other properties (like Todd Lofts). He’s very friendly and helpful, but response times can vary based on workload and priority. Feel free to ask anything else and hope this helps!
