Noise Level at River City Roll

Echoing what others have said. River Roll isn't really a problem, but if she's worried about that I strongly suggest another neighborhood. The baseball arena is about to open, the trains honk their horns, traffic on Arthur Ashe is no joke, etc, etc, etc. It's an awesome part of town but its not quiet and cozy. And the Scout has really thin walls so it's not quiet from your neighbors either.

Noise Level at River City Roll

If you live facing and right across from it then yes, during warmer months you will hear some of River City Roll and they even do concerts in the parking lot periodically. If you live in other parts of the Scout, I doubt it is an issue.

reptile policy for new apartment

That’s wild. I rented with PRG and had 6 caged animals, no charges. Then Steelhead, same thing. Specifically The Scout, one of their other properties said no.

Apartment Advice

I lived at The Summit a couple years ago and KNEW this post was about that building lol. Loved the apartment, the location, the building, hated hearing each and every step my upstairs neighbors took. I can only suggest what to stay away from: The Scout had similar issues (though not nearly as bad) and parking was a nightmare while I was there. I’ve heard Cookie Factory has paper-thin walls too.
