The Russell is a new apartment community at 2700 West Leigh Street in Richmond's Scott's Addition, opening for move-ins in Fall 2026. Shared spaces include a saltwater pool with grilling stations, a two-story fitness center, a yoga studio, a demonstration kitchen, a co-working study with private offices, a resident lounge with billiards, a pet spa and park, and bike storage with a repair station. Greystar manages the property.
