Hello all, I’m a new grad and moving to richmond for my first big boy job. I wanted to live somewhere that is lively and has things to do (also within budget). I have looked at a few places so it would be great if anyone can share their experiences or suggest alternatives. (P.S due to how things worked out, Ill probably have to get a lease before I even arrive to the city) 1 Scott’s addition - Love that it’s all inclusive, from what I see Scott’s Addition is the young professionals/brewing hub

I’m currently apartment hunting in the Scott’s Addition/Willow Lawn area. I’ve currently narrowed it down to a top 3 with some extras that seem a little less preferable/alarming reviews, but I’m also open to any other suggestions! I’m looking for a 1 bed, and my max budget is around $1700 base, but I am slightly flexible if it is worth it. My only other requirement is a covered parking garage. Looking to move in around August.
