The Lofts at 1723 on Summit in Scotts The Lofts at 1723 on Summit in Scotts have some openings. I enjoy staying here because they don’t nickle and dime you on pet rent and parking spots as well. It’s tucked away in the corner of Scott’s. It’s not super loud, and not super crowded in our area. They have some two bed broom lofts and a few one bedrooms also. ISO: Private Landlords/Small Property Management Companies

The couple that owns the Lofts at 1723 in Scott's Addition were my favorite landlords and I believe they own other properties...not sure where though. They were really nice, left you alone, helped if you needed it, and charged what I thought were fair rates.

[Housing Wanted] Housing/District Advice

Yeah there was some in Scott's Addition I like called The Lofts at 1723. One in Manchester called The Lofts at Trolley station I like also. Not sure how either of the places are. Main difference I can see is just the location. I am not bringing my car for a bit so walking is most important. Don't want like more suburb feel with quietness and what not. I'm 31 (almost 32) for what it's worth. Not much into breweries and such but I would like to be close enough to like restaurants, theatre, shoppin

Where should I move?

I see posts like this on here occasionally and figured I'd give it a go. I am looking for a two bedroom place anywhere near the Fan, Museum District, or Scott's Addition that is managed by a good individual or company. Preferred to be refurbished, have a basement, and have a back/front porch.... though none of these things are a must. Have thought about the Altamont or The Lofts at 1723 so something along those lines may work. Looking to spend $1200 max total rent. Any leads?
