$2k will get you a very nice 1BR apt anywhere in the city or surrounding areas except the Otis

… and they may get beaten out less by people with deeper pockets. The developers said they added a higher quantity of 2-3 bedrooms because the 2-3 bedrooms at Otis apartments have leased well. 5,400 square feet of ground-floor commercial space too. The Dairy Bar redevelopment is coming next..let's go. More housing the merrier!

… property management quick and responsive? There’s a whole bunch of single-word-named apartment buildings just north of us, I’m sure you’d find space at The Otis or The Ink or The Ace or The Icon or The Preserve.. All of those are so close, you can even visit The Fan on weekends! ;) Best of luck in your housing search, but seriously if you just want no issues and new and nice, look in Scott’s Addition. Not The Fan.

Otis in Scott’s Addition was great. Good gym, pool, some nice public spaces to socialize/work, and a great location.

That’s just not true there are clear tiers in apt quality in Scott’s, Icon, Nest and Summit are bottom they are quick / cheap construction so they have the worst noise pollution and amenities. There’s a reason that the Otis, Viv, Gem, Ink and Bellevue are much more expensive
