Scott's View

Scott's View would be my choice - as long as you don't have to drive in and out of the neighborhood at rush hour. Broad & Roseneath is a hairy intersection with traffic. Assuming this isn't an issue or doesn't apply to your particular schedule, I like that Scott's View is easily walkable to the whole neighborhood and has the bodega right there on the first floor.

I live in Scott's View - all inclusive. Def recommend.

I recently toured one bedroom apartments at The Preserve and Scott's View in Scott's Addition. I really liked both units I saw, however, Scott's View includes all utilities in the lease and has free garage parking which is a huge perk imo. I'm heard before that some apartment buildings in Scott's can be a little rowdy on the weekends, or that the walls are super thin. Just looking to hear some experiences for either building before I pull the trigger and sign a lease.

Title basiccally lays it out. Trying to decide between an apaertment in Scotts Addition (likely either the Preserve or Scott's View) or one on Monument Avenue (1805 Monument). The one on Monument is in a beautiful location and would be great for walks, etc. But the apartment is older and a little smaller and doesn't have any of the amenities that the newer buildings in Scott's Addition have. Took a tour of Scott's View and really liked it. It's 5 minutes from my office which is nice. Major downs
