Anyone else sick of the job market and apartments around here?

3600 West Broad St is like 1200-1450 for rent. Water/Electric are like 100. It has free parking, no breed restrictions, washer/dryer in unit, basement gym and a pool as well as ping-pong and pool tables; and everything is pretty nice. Great big windows. It's the best I could find as a lot of places LITERALLY A BLOCK OVER are like 500$ more.

I just moved out 3600 West Broad St (bought a home) and loved my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. I broke my lease and am looking for someone to take it over by sign a new 12 month lease. Rent is $2,065 - happy to share info if anyone wants it

Been searching hard for a week, Craigslist, Zillow, apts.com and I give up (no the search function doesn’t help) PLEASE tell me of a good apt complex. Just not in a terrible area, and not ridiculously priced (under 1400 for a one br hopefully)

3600 west broad street in Scotts addition isn't too fancy, but it's around that price point for a one bedroom and has free parking, gym, game room, and new little dog park
