Sure! I ended up settling on Lofts at Franklin through PMC. They were super nice when I called, and after looking at reviews the only bad ones are before new management came in, since then they seemed good. Plus being outside downtown kept the cost down while still having lots to do in shockoe. Like I said for the size almost 900 square ft, the price under $1400 was really really nice

This is what I did and it has worked out great so far. I checked some reviews & Reddit posts about the PMC and also saw that it was in the positive section of [this megathread](https://www.reddit.com/r/rva/comments/16h07al/good_and_bad_realty_companieslandlordsapartment/). The building was teetering on the edge of 4 stars on Google with some negative reviews that all complained about the same issues, but the PMC actually took action to fix the issues and today it's a great place to live.

Besides checking the reviews for the property itself, I would recommend researching the PMC's Yelp reviews.

I’ve just unfamiliar with PMC and the reviews I’ve seen gave me pause, and I wanna make sure my sis and her family don’t end up regretting their move

My sister and her husband are thinking of moving to Richmond, and I’m so excited to have them join me here! They’re thinking of renting, and are currently looking at listings through PMC Property Group. They’re saying the property managers are very helpful and the listings look very nice, but when I look at reviews online, I’m seeing mostly negative comments. I actually don’t even see any google reviews—just reviews through yelp or Facebook. Does anyone have any personal experience of rentin
