Anyone else sick of the job market and apartments around here?
3600 West Broad St is like 1200-1450 for rent. Water/Electric are like 100. It has free parking, no breed restrictions, washer/dryer in unit, basement gym and a pool as well as ping-pong and pool tables; and everything is pretty nice. Great big windows. It's the best I could find as a lot of places LITERALLY A BLOCK OVER are like 500$ more.

All apartment reviews are mixed. I lived there years ago and it was fine. Price for the neighborhood is better than anything else other than small stuff that hardly ever pops up. I moved to one of the many “luxury apartments” in Scott’s Addition after leaving and mostly regretted it. The biggest issue with the entire neighborhood is noise. People drive down broad with their exhaust cut outs or whatever the fuck open at all hours of the night and it’s particularly bad in warm weather. Ultimately

Interested to see opinions on these apartments. From what I’ve seen in reviews, the 1st floor apartments are noisy due to the crunch fitness in the same building. Aside from that it seems pretty mixed to me some people love them others hate them. Any current residents feel free to chime in. Also, what ISP’s are available here?

I just moved out 3600 West Broad St (bought a home) and loved my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. I broke my lease and am looking for someone to take it over by sign a new 12 month lease. Rent is $2,065 - happy to share info if anyone wants it
