The Otis, 1510 Belleville, or INK/GEM/VIV in Scott’s Addition. The Abby on Stuart in the Museum District The Crest at Westhampton Commons Lucky Strike and Deco CNB are in bad areas

Hello! I will be relocating to Richmond this summer and I have been looking at apartment units for lease. I noticed 1510 Belleville in particular as its a fairly new construction and has very spacious units at a slightly lower cost than another property I was looking at in the area (The Otis).
