First National Apartments

Definitely First National. They sent us an email that smoke was discovered in the vault. The timing is actually hilarious because not even an hour prior they had emailed us to remind everyone that they were still testing the fire alarm and sprinkler systems today. At least we know it works!

First National when it first opened, when it wasn’t crazy expensive and under the original management company. They had crazy ideas of opening a restaurant on the first floor and having a movie theater in the bank vault. I had just moved from Philly (Center City) and was hoping to recreate the city life from there. About 2 weeks in I realized that wasn’t happening. Does anyone know apartments/complexes that will accept a tenant with a blemished background check? I picked up a charge back in 2020, and it got me automatically denied at First National. Any recommendations help, thank you.

About to graduate and starting working in Richmond, specifically close to Capitol District, the Wells Fargo Buildings and such. Talked to some people who work close to there and the biggest recommendation was The Locks Apartments. Have also heard about First National, South Falls, Locks Tower, South Bank etc. Location and being close to the office is really important to me, as well as good amenities and property management. Will have a roomate so 2bedroom, and budget is probably around 1800-2000
