Lease takeover

Looking for someone to take over my lease at Mutual on Main, studio apartment for 1500 that includes parking garage fee, pet rent and utilities. I love my apartment just need to relocate back home to help with my grandpas cancer treatment. You would need to be approved through the complex when applying.

Apartments you actually enjoyed living in?

I enjoy living at Mutual on Main. Location is nice, management is great, the units are updated, the building has character, great amenities including an indoor dog park, solid gym, basement storage units, and a nice rooftop.
