Apartments you actually enjoyed living in?

Canterbury square off Pump rd in Tuckahoe was honestly solid. Their management was nice and responded quickly. Their units are old but still in good condition. When we moved a few blocks over to the “luxury” Kings Crossing complex we regretted it almost immediately. Mold, roaches, crappy management. All issues that we never had to deal with at Canterbury.

Thoughts on Canterbury Square?

I cannot speak specifically to Canterbury Square bc I never lived in those particular buildings off Patterson Ave, however, CS is a Wilton apartment complex and Wilton has other apartment buildings sprinkled in the area that I did used to live in and they essentially look exactly the same. When I refer to CS I am referring to the buildings directly off Patterson Ave and closer to Parham Rd going west. There are two other areas where Wilton buildings are sprinkled, 1) off Patterson Ave closer

Thoughts on Canterbury Square?

Before anyone asks, yes I did search the sub for anything about these apartments. I found stuff on the neighboring complexes, but nothing on Canterbury Square specifically. So, to those that have lived in or around there, what are your thoughts? My partner and I are moving to Richmond here soon. He just toured the place earlier in the week (I've been busy cleaning up some things at my current employer), but I know from experience that the tours and how it actually is living there are usually t

Who has lived in these West End Apartments?

… pouring leaks), mold. I paid an attorney to draft a cease and desist and didn’t end up having to pay anything. Hopefully they are better now! I lived in Canterbury Square for a bit and they were decent. Good maintenance. Reasonable prices (back then, nothing is reasonable today).
