My apartment had roaches so I made a transparent apartments website for RVA

Kings Crossing in Short Pump was amazing until we had a leak in the basement. They said it was due to the ac being improperly wrapped. They cut a hole open in our ceiling, forgot about it for two weeks, and in that two weeks we discovered mold in the ceiling, the basement bathroom, and all over the furniture downstairs. We complained and they did nothing to fix it, just covered it up and didn’t acknowledge our calls. We were finally able to break our lease after we brought up that it was affecti

Kings Crossing

I searched through and a lot of the posts were old. does anyone have recent experience with Kings Crossing off of Gaskin’s / Patterson? My husband and I are looking at their townhomes but I wanted feedback on how the community is overall along with how maintenance handles situations in the event we have any issues? We have an almost one year old and a dog. Any feedback is super helpful.

Apartments you actually enjoyed living in?

We had a good experience at Kings Crossing in Henrico. They have secured front door apartments, townhomes, plenty of parking, and an outdoor pool. We liked it and would move back if we had to.
