Looking for low lncome housing

Check portrva, old Manchester has a bunch of complexes. Hatcher, i think hopper, plant zero, there’s a bunch of places. Though if you’re very low income there’s only like one place, i forget the name. Port rva told me about thats actually income based at 30%. But all the other low income housing has a minimum too you have to make enough but not above the amount. So check the charts online first because if you make an appointment they won’t actually even show it to you if you don’t fit in between

Work to begin on 3 new Manchester apartment projects, adding 400 units to the neighborhood

RIP Plant Zero, one of the coolest buildings in town. I had my violin shop in there for almost 9 years, it was wonderful, and I miss the space. I hope the replacement gives us the density that part of the city needs.

Moving to RVA

Im moving to Richmond within the next two months and I’m interested in a couple of apartment buildings. Can anyone tell me their experience living at: Railyard Flats The Mill at Manchester Lofts Miller lofts @ Plant Zero St John’s Wood I’m trying to stay under $1500 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath place. It has to be pet friendly as I have a Black Lab. My boyfriend works in Petersburg so we’re trying to keep the commute to under 40 minutes. I work from home. Other recommendations welcomed.

property management help please please i beg

Miller Lofts @ Plant Zero in Manchester is sliding scale & works with unique situations. We toured some units there but ended up moving to Shockoe instead.

No Family, No Co-Signer, and Denied for Apartments — Feeling Stuck

Try Miller Lofts @ Plant Zero in Manchester. Sliding scale rentals with an understanding for unique situations. We almost rented there but found a place in a different part of town.

About this property

The Commons at Plant Zero is a 54-unit apartment community at 15 E 2nd St in Manchester's warehouse district, set in three early-20th-century industrial buildings, including a former boot and clothing plant and part of the old Westvaco paper plant, converted to apartments in 2007. Studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments have exposed brick and beams, hardwood or stained concrete floors, granite counters and full-size washers and dryers, some with skylights. Residents share an infinity-edge pool, a 24-hour fitness center, two dog parks and bike storage, plus access to amenities at sister property The Current. It is managed by Gates Hudson.
