Experiences With These Apartments?

I heard The Deco is not responsive with maintenance. Either one summer/winter entire floors didn’t have heating/cooling. This obviously isn’t an issue now but my friend signed a lease with The Ella and then they didn’t end up finishing the construction in time which was an entire headache.

I know someone who used to live an the Ella and she tried to get rid of her couch by putting it by the dumpster and they somehow figured out it was her who did that and said she had to 2 days to move it or pay a fine
