apartments for older adults, seniors that AREN'T assisted living - feedback needed plz

Check out Guardian Place on the property of the organization formerly known as Methodist Family Services. Age 55+ and for only moderate-income residents ( income cannot be above a certain level). It’s just north of Broad St and just west of Hamilton.
