Apartment complex recs?

We lived in Argon Apartments off w broad and really liked it. Only moved because we were able to buy a house. Our unit was a 1bd/1ba but I think they have 2bd/2ba probably close to 2k/month. There’s no pool or extra amenities but it is super quiet which was important to us. Never heard neighbors except in the hallway. It’s probably closer to a 10-12 minute commute to VCU. It has what you’re looking for except no covered parking. There is a surface lot that’s paid and I never had trouble finding

I am moving to The Argon this week. Safe area, sweet spot between Willow Lawn and Museum District/Scott's. I can't review it since I don't live there yet, but management has been a DREAM to work with.

Scott’s apartment Recs???

Look into the Argon. It's just outside of Scott's in Sauers Garden so there's never a fight for parking, apartments are nice, and I never had any maintenance issues that weren't swiftly resolved. Oh, and it's SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper.

Your recommendations for rentals or landlords in Fan/Museum/Westhampton?

… location. Georgetown Apartments in Near West End is a Thalheimer property literally just one block from Museum District, if you want to stick with them. Argon Apartments is right up by Scott’s Addition. I have rented from most of the Fan companies— Pierce Arrow, Metro, Pollard and Bagby, etc. I found them honestly to all be rather shitty.
