the row at cary place // legend property group

I rented from legend property group about 3 years ago and I liked my unit and building I was at Exchange place. They were a good landlord, maintenance was good, all utilities included at the building so I was happy with it. I stayed with them because they offered lease transfers after your first lease so if you’re someone who moves often it’s easier to get a second unit in your current building or a different building they own. Definitely do a tour of the building and the exact unit you want!

Exchange place apartments?

I signed a lease without touring like 2 years ago for a one year apartment. Had a great experience there. Good apartment for average Richmond prices. Every thing included. I left to move in with an SO but I would have stayed otherwise. Also plenty to do nearby. Problem is there is a waitlist for parking so you’ll need to find another lot nearby until a spot opens up. Searching for a Roommate

Hey y’all! I'm a 3rd year VCU medical student looking for someone to replace my current roommate who is heading off to residency. The place is with Exchange Place and is 2B2BR. It’s a really quiet, nice place and most residents in the apartment are students or professionals. Rent: $860, which includes everything except parking. Parking can be an additional $80-$100 depending on what's available. Amenities: Gym! Just to note, I do own one cat. She’s a sweetheart and plays nice with other cat

Applying for Cary St. Station Apartments before seeing the property 🤔🤔

I lived at exchange place (same property group) and I will say that the area manager that recently took over was a nightmare to deal with. The change happened just after signing a new lease with a different unit within the same building - I was supposed to gain access to the new unit on a Saturday, but come to find out the office was closed and the emergency line was being left unanswered. It left me with 12 hours to move from one unit to the other. Maintenance that was once responsive became ho
