Found excrement in stairwell of corner lofts

Came home last night to someone or something’s excrement in our stairwell. called emergency maintenance and they said they’d clean it up and notify me when it’s done. That was at 11:17 pm on 2/13. it’s 3:47 on 2/14 as i type this and to my knowledge it’s still there. The entire stairwell smells horrible and nobodies using the stairs to my knowledge. they still have yet to clean it up or really even acknowledge the issue by giving a time frame. anyone got any word on the Corner Lofts with Real Metro Properties in Shockoe?

Corner Lofts is managed by RPM (Real Property Management) Richmond Metro and they are absolutely terrible. I didn’t live in that building but I lived next door at the 1877 lofts and it was a nightmare. Their 24 hour emergency maintenance number routes to an overseas call center that just puts a ticket in on the web portal for you. They basically do not respond to emails ever, so your only hope is calling the leasing office and hoping your message actually gets to the property manager, which con

experiences with shockoe commons, the lofts at canal walk, 404 rivertowne apartment homes?

hi! sorry to bother you again. i’ve been trying to get into contact with someone to schedule a viewing for a few days but keep getting the voice messaging system. are they usually receptive of phone calls? i’m interested in the corner lofts but can’t get ahold of anyone! lol.
