anyone got any word on the Corner Lofts with Real Metro Properties in Shockoe?
I have found essentially nothing on real metro so i’ll consider that neutral. Anyone have any good bad or ugly experiences with them before i sign a lease?
Tobacco row apartments experience
No, if you’re looking for utilities included units I recommend looking at the corner lofts or exchange place, to name a couple.
experiences with shockoe commons, the lofts at canal walk, 404 rivertowne apartment homes?
hi! sorry to bother you again. i’ve been trying to get into contact with someone to schedule a viewing for a few days but keep getting the voice messaging system. are they usually receptive of phone calls? i’m interested in the corner lofts but can’t get ahold of anyone! lol.
The Corner Lofts? Or other apartments near The Capitol?
I’ve been doing some browsing online for apartments (one bedroom), and stumbled upon Corner Lofts which looks nice and is a good price for all utilities included. But I can’t find any reviews online which makes me nervous. So, anyone have experience with it? Or any other apartment recs that are reasonably priced (I’m a college student) preferably within walking distance of the capitol building? I’m just so overwhelmed by all the options and don’t want to live in a dump.
