Hey so I’m trying to figure out where to move in Richmond. I’m currently a master student at VCU and I’m looking for good areas downtown. I found the shockoe collection and I’m trying to find reviews about the place. I’ve been having a HARD time finding anything. So I’m curious does anyone know if this a good apartment complex? Or just any other good affordable apartments downtown? THANKSSS

Looking for 2BR Apartment Recommendations in Richmond, VA

The Shockoe Collection has 2BRs for under $1500. Managed by Thalhimer and so far they’ve been much better than other management I’ve rented from. Not much in the way of groceries downtown as I’m sure you already know but otherwise very walkable to stuff
