Hey everyone, Popping in to complain, warn, and ask about experiences with The Hill Building Apartments in Shockoe Bottom. Advice on how to handle this is welcome as well. My partner moved here almost four months ago, and his apartment's thermostat has averaged 80 degrees all summer. He has reached out to management numerous times, only to be met with empty promises.
